Liverpool Centre of Excellence Director, Kevin Quigley attended the Cheshire Player Development Centre this week to show support to the FA Girls' Talent Development Pathway.
Kevin was impressed with the quality and standard of players at the Cheshire PDC and praised the work of Stephanie Knott (Cheshire FA) and her team of coaches who worked with the players.
The PDC was launched earlier this year by the FA and county FA's to provide players with extra training and support alongside their grassroots club. The PDC provides players with extra support and bridges the gap between grassroots football and Centre of Excellence football.
'I am hopeful that we can perhaps sign a few talented players from the PDC in Cheshire and I will be keeping a watchful eye over the players development in the coming months.' commented Quigley.
