Liverpool boss Robbie Johnson says his team are capable of beating Lincoln on Saturday, after collecting their maiden victory against Chelsea on Sunday.
The 1-0 win in London was their first in the Women's Super League in 12 attempts this season.
"Lincoln beat us 1-0 at our place and we've certainly improved since then," Johnson told BBC Radio Merseyside.
"We've won against Chelsea and Lincoln are pretty similar, so we can go there and beat Lincoln."
Liverpool are rooted to the bottom of the table, but could leapfrog Doncaster with three points at the weekend and if other results go their way.
"I think we were determined not to concede and maybe that's not been prevalent in the previous four or five games," continued Johnson.
"In the Everton game we were particularly tenacious and determined, and in the game against Doncaster, but in both we conceded a goal.
"We've conceded so many late goals and against Doncaster we conceded in the 80th minute. Then we come to a team in Chelsea that is far higher up the league and we beat them 1-0 on their own patch."
